  I am volunteering to assist at Vacation Bible School 2023 at St. Jose Luis Sanchez del Rio
  Catholic Church during the week of July 3-7 (Prep Week) and July 10-14 (VBS), 2023 9am-noon.
  All adult volunteers:
  1. Must complete this form both sides by Thursday, June 29th.
  2. Hold current diocesan youth VIRTUS training PRIOR to the start date of VBS.

  The Archdiocese of San Antonio requires all adult volunteers working with children to have completed a background check and the VIRTUS training in the last 3 years.
